Burberry is hiring a Service Lead in Las Vegas, NV to supervise the sales floor, coach associates and deliver the Burberry Experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate the sales floor team to consistently deliver the Burberry Experience and achieve sales goals and KPIs.
  • Provide real-time, in-the-moment coaching and formal feedback to sales associates to develop selling skills and improve performance.
  • Manage customer flow to ensure each client receives attentive, high-value service and no client is left unattended.
  • Partner with store management (GM, SM, S&P) to deliver Burberry Experience training, set goal expectations and implement monthly development plans.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to senior management when required.
  • Authorise promotional discounts, process post-void transactions and manage employee sales in absence of store management.
  • Drive collaboration between sales associates, specialists, stock associates and operations to optimise the in-store customer journey.
  • Promote and leverage digital resources and Apple mobile devices to support clienteling and remote communication when face-to-face service is not possible.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including securing merchandise and POS alarming, and enforce company policies and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years supervisory or management experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury or premium retail.
  • Advanced knowledge of POS system operations and cash-handling procedures.
  • Comfortable and experienced with Apple mobile devices and digital selling tools.
  • Demonstrated coaching ability with a track record of developing and retaining retail talent.
  • Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills and ability to manage escalations calmly and professionally.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in business, fashion, hospitality or a related field advantageous.
