Burberry is hiring a Service Lead in Las Vegas, NV to supervise the sales floor, coach associates and deliver the Burberry Experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the sales floor team to consistently deliver the Burberry Experience and achieve sales goals and KPIs.
- Provide real-time, in-the-moment coaching and formal feedback to sales associates to develop selling skills and improve performance.
- Manage customer flow to ensure each client receives attentive, high-value service and no client is left unattended.
- Partner with store management (GM, SM, S&P) to deliver Burberry Experience training, set goal expectations and implement monthly development plans.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to senior management when required.
- Authorise promotional discounts, process post-void transactions and manage employee sales in absence of store management.
- Drive collaboration between sales associates, specialists, stock associates and operations to optimise the in-store customer journey.
- Promote and leverage digital resources and Apple mobile devices to support clienteling and remote communication when face-to-face service is not possible.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including securing merchandise and POS alarming, and enforce company policies and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years supervisory or management experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury or premium retail.
- Advanced knowledge of POS system operations and cash-handling procedures.
- Comfortable and experienced with Apple mobile devices and digital selling tools.
- Demonstrated coaching ability with a track record of developing and retaining retail talent.
- Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills and ability to manage escalations calmly and professionally.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or frontline management experience in retail sales, with proven ability to coach teams, drive KPI improvement and manage customer escalations; experience in luxury or premium retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in business, fashion, hospitality or a related field advantageous.
