Burberry Service Lead position in Honolulu, Hawaii overseeing retail sales floor supervision, team coaching and customer experience delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate sales associates to consistently deliver high-value experiences to every client, acting as quality control to ensure every customer interaction is memorable
- Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales in order to achieve sales goals and KPIs
- Lead a high-performing, customer-facing and service-oriented team, coaching and providing feedback to ensure alignment with brand strategies
- Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service delivery and that no client is left unattended, setting the pace and standard for excellence
- Drive partnership on the selling floor between sales associates, specialists, stock associates and operations teams
- Coach associates in the moment and after each transaction, discussing successes and opportunities to ensure proper follow-through
- Develop and retain talented employees through recognition, reward, monthly development plans and annual performance reviews
- Deliver the Burberry Experience to customers by leading by example
- Partner with General Manager, Store Manager and Sales & Planning to own Burberry Experience training through morning and weekly meetings, role-play and individual coaching
- Deliver formal performance feedback in partnership with store management through monthly development plans
- Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate to management when necessary
- Process post-void transactions, authorize promotional discounts and employee sales in the absence of store management
- Drive the digital experience in store and use digital resources for communication
- Understand the business and communicate needs and ideas to drive performance
- Ensure thorough understanding of company policies and procedures, consistently enforcing guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures including securing merchandise, alarming systems and POS operations
- Execute additional duties as required
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems
- Previous experience with Apple mobile devices and comfort with digital tools
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales
