Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and energize sales associates to deliver unforgettable, high-value client experiences while maintaining the highest service standards
- Collaborate closely with team members to sharpen selling techniques, boost confidence, and drive conversion to exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Provide real-time coaching and constructive feedback, ensuring every client receives the full Burberry Experience aligned with brand values
- Orchestrate seamless customer flow and ensure no client is left unattended during store hours
- Foster strong partnerships across sales associates, specialists, stock teams, and operations to create a unified, high-performing environment
- Deliver in-the-moment coaching after transactions, celebrating achievements and identifying development opportunities
- Cultivate and retain top talent through recognition, monthly growth plans, and annual performance reviews
- Lead by example and step into client interactions to personally deliver the Burberry Experience when needed
- Own and champion Burberry Experience training through daily huddles, weekly meetings, and ongoing dialogue
