Burberry seeks a Service Lead in Dawsonville, GA to supervise the sales floor, coach associates and deliver the Burberry Experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate and support sales associates on the selling floor to ensure consistently exceptional customer experiences aligned with the Burberry Experience.
- Provide real-time, transaction-level coaching and feedback to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve store KPIs.
- Manage customer flow and service pacing so every client receives attentive, high-value engagement.
- Partner with store management (GM/SM) and specialists to deliver Burberry Experience training, using meetings and role-play to reinforce standards.
- Lead development and retention of talent through monthly development plans and performance reviews; deliver formal performance feedback in partnership with management.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management when appropriate.
- In absence of store management, process post-void transactions, authorise promotional discounts and manage employee sales according to company procedures.
- Drive the in-store digital experience by leveraging mobile devices and digital resources to support selling and client communication.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including securing premises, alarming and POS reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and transactional procedures, including post-void processing.
- Comfortable and experienced with Apple mobile devices and digital selling tools.
- Proven ability to coach and develop a customer-facing sales team to meet KPIs.
- Excellent customer service, conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Demonstrated reliability in following operational policies and loss-prevention procedures.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales, with demonstrated success coaching associates, hitting sales KPIs and using POS and mobile digital tools in a retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or further education in retail, business or hospitality preferred.
