Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the client service team to deliver consistent, high-touch guest experiences aligned with the maison's standards.
  • Manage day-to-day boutique service operations including appointment scheduling, walk-in reception, and VIP client management.
  • Own clienteling activities: cultivate relationships, maintain detailed client records, and drive repeat business through personalised outreach and follow-up.
  • Resolve client escalations and complex service enquiries with diplomacy, discretion and adherence to brand policy.
  • Coach and develop sales associates through in‑service training, role-play and performance feedback to meet service and sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or upscale hospitality, with direct responsibility for a client-facing team.
