Burberry is hiring a Service Lead at The Domain in Austin, TX to supervise the sales floor, coach teams and deliver the Burberry Experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise, assist and motivate sales associates to consistently deliver high-value customer experiences across the selling floor, acting as a quality-control leader for client interactions.
  • Coach sales staff in real time and through structured feedback to improve selling skills, close sales and achieve KPIs and store sales goals.
  • Manage customer flow and service standards to ensure no client is left unattended and that the Burberry Experience is delivered at every touchpoint.
  • Lead collaboration between sales associates, product specialists, stock associates and operations to optimise the in-store customer journey.
  • Develop and retain talent via monthly development plans, formal performance feedback and partnership with store management on performance reviews.
  • Take ownership of Burberry Experience training in-store, using meetings and role-play to reinforce key behaviours and service standards.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management when necessary; in store-management absence, authorise post-void transactions, promotional discounts and employee sales.
  • Drive the in-store digital experience, employing digital resources and Apple mobile devices for client communication and sales when face-to-face engagement is not possible.
  • Support opening and closing procedures, POS reconciliation and adherence to company policies, security and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of POS systems and transactional procedures.
  • Proficiency with Apple mobile devices and comfort using digital sales tools.
  • 1–2 years supervisory or management experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury or premium retail.
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop front-line retail teams to meet performance targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage escalations while maintaining brand standards.

Experience
