Role & Responsibilities
- Design, plan and deliver retail learning programs aligned to the global and regional training calendar for the Eastern United States and Canada.
- Facilitate large-scale in-person trainings (100+ attendees), Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) programmes and virtual sessions focused on product styling, education and competency development.
- Coach and develop store teams and store leadership through on‑the‑floor observation, feedback loops and structured development plans.
- Establish and maintain market training framework and training points of contact across the field to ensure consistent delivery and continuous feedback.
- Measure and report training impact using commercial KPIs and client feedback mechanisms (NPS, GEE); translate insight into actionable recommendations and ROI reporting.
- Partner with market directors and store managers to create store‑level and individual training strategies, prioritizing high‑impact doors.
- Provide regular programme feedback to corporate training teams and influence future curriculum design and delivery.
- Manage extensive travel (approximately 80% within market plus periodic international travel) to deliver and assess programmes in market.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with a proven record of developing teams, preferably within luxury retail.
- Demonstrable experience designing and delivering large‑scale training and Train‑the‑Trainer programmes.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with executive presence to engage senior leadership.
- Ability to analyse behavioural performance, devise interventions and measure behavioural change through commercial metrics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; report writing experience advantageous.
- Highly organised, proactive, results driven, and able to manage competing priorities autonomously.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (≈80% within market) with occasional international travel.
