Leading luxury fashion house in London seeks a Senior Client Advisor to manage VIP clients and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and VIP clients across in-store, phone and digital touchpoints.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a confidential client portfolio using clienteling techniques and CRM tools to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maximising basket value through strategic cross-selling and upselling.
  • Lead product presentations and offer authoritative product knowledge across categories (e.g., ready-to-wear, leather goods, accessories).
  • Support boutique operations including stock control, visual merchandising standards, window and floor styling, and daily reporting.
  • Represent the brand at client events, private viewings and trunk shows to strengthen client relationships and cultivate new contacts.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales colleagues; model exemplary service behaviours and adherence to brand governance and loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality, with demonstrable sales results.
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of HNW or repeat clients and converting relationship activity into revenue.
  • Strong commercial acumen and numeracy; comfortable with sales targets, KPIs and CRM-driven strategies.
  • Polished professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury environment.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom (or local jurisdiction) and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
