Role & Responsibilities
- Provide replenishment consolidation and oversight for global inventory management across all Burberry markets
- Ensure Central and Regional adherence to replenishment targets and key performance indicators
- Create and communicate replenishment forecasts alongside regional ranging inputs, aligned with company strategy
- Manage replenishment sales forecasting, procurement planning, and Single Pool inventory allocation
- Partner with Supply Chain, Inventory, and Product Planning teams to optimize production capacity, vendor management, and medium-to-long-range unit forecasting
- Leverage linecards and performance metrics to improve inventory productivity, in-stock rates, and delivery timelines
- Drive product lifecycle inventory management and process efficiencies through S&OP governance
- Coach and develop team members to drive planning excellence and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture
- Actively mentor and develop talent across the planning organization
- Collaborate with Central Merchandising to determine future replenishment assortment based on retail performance criteria
Qualifications
- Extensive experience demonstrating excellence across all aspects of merchandise planning at a manager level
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with credibility up to C-suite level
- Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to inspire, energize, and build a culture of innovation and accountability
- Exceptional analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Experience working within a similar retail environment
