Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the technology strategy and architecture roadmap across Digital Workplace, End User Computing, and Identity Access Management
  • Act as a trusted technical authority, providing guidance and assurance on solution design and architectural decision-making
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into scalable, sustainable solutions
  • Drive secure, resilient, and user-centred technology outcomes that enhance productivity and colleague experience
  • Lead architectural governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across workplace and identity platforms
