Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy for continuous improvement and intelligent automation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering significant outcomes.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-enabled and low-code solutions to enhance service quality, efficiency, and operational resilience.
  • Manage the portfolio of process improvement and automation initiatives, embedding strong governance and value-tracking.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities and serve as a trusted advisor on operational excellence and responsible AI use.
  • Develop and support a multidisciplinary team, enhancing capabilities across continuous improvement, automation, and low-code enablement.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading continuous improvement, transformation, or process optimisation within a complex organisation.
  • Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, automation, or AI-enabled process design.

Skills

Ability to manage a portfolio of initiatives with clarity, structure, and strong stakeholder engagement. Skilled at communicating with senior leaders and guiding decision-making with insight and judgement. Familiarity with low-code technologies or AI governance practices is welcomed but not essential.

Experience

Proven experience in leading continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives within a complex organisation.
