Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and delist
- Develop and deliver category strategy including pricing, range architecture, and competitive positioning
- Partner cross-functionally with Design, Product Development, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure cohesive execution
- Collaborate with regional teams to gather market insights and incorporate customer feedback into product decisions
- Present and influence at senior leadership level, contributing to strategic business planning
- Analyze trade performance and apply data-driven insights to achieve sales and margin targets
- Drive collection presentations, buying guidelines, and product training initiatives globally
- Manage commercial samples and associated budgets
