Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs.
- Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand, creating desire and loyalty.
- Deliver luxury service with expertise in product, fashion, and styling.
- Support the Store Manager in handling customer complaints when necessary.
- Elevate the client experience by ensuring a seamless client journey from initial impression to closing the sale.
- Efficiently manage after-sales services and client follow-ups.
- Contribute to daily store operations, maintaining high luxury standards and supporting inventory management.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines.
- Coach Client Advisors in clientelling, service skills, and relationship-building with top clients.
- Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, focusing on top clients and new client acquisition.
- Work by appointment to provide personalized service and promote client loyalty.
- Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up on sales and client requests.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in clientelling.
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Good understanding of store retail operations and competitor products.
- Experience working as part of a team.
