Burberry is hiring a Senior Client Advisor in Singapore to build client relationships, drive sales and deliver personalised luxury service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs (appointments, UPT, ATV, AUR).
  • Deliver a personalised, elevated luxury experience through storytelling and expert product styling to inspire client desire for the brand.
  • Manage the full client journey: create a strong first impression, discover client needs, provide styling expertise, close sales and ensure quality after‑sales follow‑up.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of top clients, proactively acquire new luxury clients and drive retention through regular contact and personalised service.
  • Operate by appointment to deliver tailored client experiences and increase loyalty and incremental purchases.
  • Support daily store operations and uphold luxury presentation standards across front and back of house, including merchandising, replenishment and stockroom maintenance.
  • Assist Store Management with customer complaint resolution and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Coach and support other Client Advisors in clientelling, service techniques and relationship building to elevate team performance.
  • Use visual merchandising techniques in line with brand guidelines to maintain store aesthetics and product presentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in luxury retail.
  • Demonstrable experience in clientelling and delivering appointment‑based service.
  • Strong product knowledge, styling capability and good understanding of retail operations.
  • Knowledge of competitor offerings in the luxury market.
  • Confident communicator with impeccable presentation and client‑facing skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, detail‑oriented and results driven with a commercial mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and to coach peers.
  • Fluency in the local language; English proficiency desirable; additional languages are an advantage.
