Burberry seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Seoul to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive sales for the brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to a high‑value client base and consistently achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow‑up communications and tailored product recommendations.
  • Lead the in‑store client experience by coaching and mentoring junior advisors, modelling best practices and supporting daily sales operations.
  • Manage transactions and after‑sales services with precision, including returns, alterations and client enquiries.
  • Support visual merchandising and product presentation standards to reflect brand aesthetics and drive conversion.
  • Maintain accurate client records and contribute to store CRM activities to maximise retention and lifetime value.
  • Participate in store events, private appointments and trunk shows to cultivate client engagement and expand the client database.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, with demonstrable achievement against KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships with discerning clients.
  • Strong coaching and team leadership capability; experience mentoring junior sales staff.
  • High level of professional presentation and thorough product knowledge across fashion and accessories.
  • Right to work in South Korea and availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.

Experience

Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail or high‑end client‑facing sales, including responsibility for client acquisition, retention and mentoring junior colleagues.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
