Leading luxury maison (London) seeks a Senior Client Advisor to cultivate VIP relationships and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a portfolio of clients, cultivating long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Proactively develop and execute clienteling activities using CRM to generate appointments, repeat business and high-value sales.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and tailored product recommendations.
  • Manage VIP and high-net-worth client accounts, including follow-up after purchase and coordination of special requests or bespoke services.
  • Provide expert styling and product knowledge across the house’s categories to advise clients and close transactions.
  • Operate the POS and sales administration accurately, ensuring correct processing of payments, deliveries and returns.
  • Maintain standards of visual merchandising and boutique presentation in collaboration with the visual team.
  • Support stock control, inventory replenishment and the organisation of private viewings or trunk shows.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales colleagues, modelling brand etiquette and best-practice client interactions.
  • Represent the brand at client events and promote an impeccable in-store atmosphere aligned with maison standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales with demonstrable achievement against targets.
  • Deep product knowledge of fashion, leather goods or accessories, and the ability to communicate craftsmanship and brand story.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills with a discreet, professional manner.
  • High level of commercial awareness and numeracy for sales administration and reporting.
