Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client acquisition, bespoke clienteling and high-value transactions.
  • Manage and cultivate a portfolio of VIP and high-net-worth clients, delivering personalised service, tailored product recommendations and follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate and host private client events, trunk shows and bespoke appointments to strengthen client relationships and generate repeat business.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales staff on luxury service standards, product knowledge, selling techniques and boutique protocols.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and presentation standards on the sales floor; ensure stock integrity and assist with inventory control and replenishment.
