Burberry Senior Client Advisor position in Hong Kong. Lead luxury client relationships, styling expertise, and sales excellence at Landmark.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
- Inspire clients through storytelling and passionate brand advocacy, creating desire and loyalty for Burberry
- Provide elevated luxury service, demonstrating expertise in product knowledge, fashion, and styling
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with existing top clients whilst capturing new luxury clientele
- Work by appointment to deliver personalised service and promote client loyalty and incremental purchases
- Drive client retention through regular engagement, ensuring appropriate follow-up on sales and client requests
- Support Store Manager in addressing customer concerns and complaints
- Guide the client journey to elevate in-store experience from initial greeting through product expertise to sale closure and after-sales service
- Coach and mentor Client Advisors in clientelling, service excellence, and relationship-building with high-value clients
- Contribute to daily store operations by maintaining luxury retail standards, managing inventory, stockroom maintenance, and visual merchandising
- Maintain visual standards according to Burberry brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets
- Demonstrated experience in clientelling and relationship management
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of retail operations
- Knowledge of competitor products and market positioning
- Fluency in the local language with desirable English proficiency
- Other language knowledge is an asset
- Team player with collaborative and adaptable work style
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a retail or clientelling environment within luxury fashion or comparable sectors, with demonstrated success in building and maintaining a high-value client portfolio and delivering consistent sales performance.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in luxury retail, styling, or client services is desirable.
