Burberry is hiring a Senior Client Advisor in Gold Coast, Australia to deliver personalised luxury client experiences and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, elevated client experiences that convert to measurable commercial outcomes and meet individual and store sales KPIs.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of top clients through appointment selling, proactive outreach and sustained relationship management.
  • Demonstrate expert product, fashion and styling knowledge; use storytelling to generate desire and brand affinity.
  • Manage the end-to-end client journey: create excellent first impressions, discover client needs, advise on product and styling, close sales and ensure high-quality after-sales follow-up.
  • Support daily store operations, including product replenishment, inventory management, markdowns and stockroom maintenance to uphold luxury presentation standards.
  • Apply Burberry visual merchandising guidelines to maintain front- and back-of-house luxury standards.
  • Coach and mentor Client Advisors in clientelling, service techniques and relationship-building with top clients.
  • Assist store management with customer escalations and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team climate.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding personal sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in clientelling and appointment-led selling.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury product assortments, styling and competitor landscape.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients.
  • Confident, proactive and adaptable approach with meticulous attention to detail.

Experience
