Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs including appointments, units per transaction (UPT), average transaction value (ATV), and average unit retail (AUR)
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing clients through personalised service and proactive engagement
- Deliver luxury service experiences through storytelling and brand passion, creating desire for Burberry products at every client interaction
- Demonstrate expert knowledge in product, fashion trends, and styling to guide clients toward appropriate selections
- Work by appointment to provide tailored service and drive client retention, volume, and incremental purchases
- Support store management in addressing client complaints and escalations with professionalism and care
- Execute the complete client journey from initial impression through discovery, styling consultation, sale closure, and after-sales follow-up
- Coach and mentor Client Advisors in clientelling techniques, service excellence, and relationship-building with priority clients
- Maintain high luxury standards across front and back-of-house operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stockroom maintenance
- Contribute to daily store operations while adhering to company policies, guidelines, and visual standards per Burberry specifications
- Foster teamwork and cultivate a positive work environment
- Capture new luxury clients to expand the client portfolio with commercial mindset and conversion focus
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and consistently exceeding targets
- Previous experience in clientelling within a luxury retail environment
- Strong product knowledge and proficiency in luxury retail operations
- Understanding of competitive positioning and product differentiation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels
