Burberry Senior Client Advisor in Brasilia – Build luxury client relationships and drive sales performance in a premium fashion retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs through storytelling and brand passion
- Provide luxury-calibre service by demonstrating advanced product knowledge, fashion expertise, and sophisticated styling capabilities
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing high-value clients through appointment-based engagement and personalised follow-up
- Support the Store Manager in addressing customer complaints and resolving complex service issues
- Execute the complete client journey—from initial impression through discovery, product consultation, and sale closure—to elevate the in-store experience
- Deliver efficient after-sales service and client retention activities to foster loyalty and incremental purchases
- Contribute to daily store operations by maintaining luxury visual standards, managing inventory replenishment, and supporting stockroom maintenance
- Coach and mentor junior Client Advisors in clientelling techniques, service excellence, and relationship-building strategies
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and champion Burberry's values and service standards
- Capture and grow a portfolio of new high-value clients whilst maintaining relationships with existing top-tier accounts
- Track client engagement metrics including appointments, units per transaction (UPT), average transaction value (ATV), and average unit retail (AUR)
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and consistently exceeding targets
- Previous clientelling experience in luxury retail or premium fashion environment
- Advanced product knowledge and deep understanding of luxury retail store operations
- Knowledge of competitor products and market positioning
- Fluency in local language; English proficiency is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills across all client and colleague interactions
- Detail-oriented and creative with a passion for luxury retail sales
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales, clientelling, or premium fashion environments, with demonstrated success in building high-value client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional qualifications in fashion, luxury retail management, or customer service are advantageous.
