Burberry in Brasilia seeks a Senior Client Advisor to drive appointment-led luxury sales, build top-client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, appointment-led luxury service that builds long-term relationships and drives repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store commercial KPIs (sales, appointments, UPT, ATV, AUR).
- Inspire clients through storytelling, product knowledge and expert styling to create desire for Burberry collections.
- Manage the end-to-end client journey: prospect, consult, close and follow up with exemplary after-sales service.
- Grow and maintain a portfolio of top clients through proactive outreach, retention strategies and regular follow-up.
- Support daily store operations including stockroom maintenance, replenishment, markdowns and inventory controls.
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines to optimise product presentation.
- Coach and mentor junior Client Advisors on clientelling, service techniques and relationship-building.
- Handle client complaints and complex service issues with discretion and escalate to Store Management when required.
- Collaborate with the store team to foster a positive, high-performance culture and ensure seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrable experience in clientelling and appointment-based selling.
- Deep interest in fashion, art and culture with strong product and styling knowledge.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; confident when engaging with high-net-worth clients.
- Fluent in the local language; proficiency in English is desirable.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, detail-focused and commercially driven.

Experience
Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail or client-facing roles with a proven record of client acquisition, retention and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion or luxury sales is preferred.
