Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring a personalized and elevated customer experience.
  • Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets and other commercial key performance indicators.
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand, fostering desire and loyalty.
  • Deliver exceptional luxury service with in-depth product, fashion, and styling expertise.
  • Assist the Store Manager in addressing customer complaints as needed.
  • Guide clients through their journey in the store, ensuring an outstanding initial impression and closing sales effectively.
  • Efficiently manage after-sales services and client follow-ups.
  • Contribute to daily store operations, maintaining high luxury standards and supporting inventory management and stockroom maintenance.
  • Adhere to company policies and visual standards as per Burberry guidelines.
  • Coach Client Advisors in clientelling and service skills, fostering teamwork and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Previous experience in clientelling and building client relationships.
  • Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of retail operations.
  • Familiarity with competitor products.

Skills

Fluency in the local language with English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous. Confidence, curiosity, and conviction in client interactions. Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated with a detail-oriented approach. Impeccable presentation and communication skills. Commercial mindset with a results-driven attitude. Flexibility and adaptability in a collaborative work environment.

Experience

Demonstrated experience in luxury retail, with a focus on client engagement and sales excellence.
