Burberry seeks Senior Analyst, HR Systems in Leeds, UK to support SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro WFM systems with 2+ years experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a leading contributor directly responsible for delivery of stable and effective HR applications
- Deliver efficient resolution to system-related queries and requests, providing end-user support and demonstrating best practice as a functional expert
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors for system maintenance, acting as the central point of contact for troubleshooting, escalating and resolving issues
- Analyse new business requirements and complete impact assessments to ensure proposed solutions meet operational needs
- Manage system release cycles and provide business updates to relevant stakeholders
- Perform quality assurance checks on system configuration and regular system monitoring to verify application integrity and availability
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, standards and regulations
- Act as an ambassador for the HR Systems Team within HR and across the organisation
- Produce and maintain associated documentation including configuration workbooks and training materials
- Identify process gaps and propose continuous improvement measures across assigned business functions
- Participate in project delivery for HR application changes and new technology implementation
Qualifications
- Relevant technical proficiency and experience, either through technical qualifications or on-the-job experience
- Minimum 2+ years in a similar HR/IT role
- Experience working within a complex or global organisation and/or HR Shared Services environment
- Technical proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or UKG Pro WFM
- Experience actively participating in continuous improvement projects from conception through implementation

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar HR/IT or HR systems support role, ideally within a highly complex, global organisation or HR Shared Services environment. Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement project participation from ideation through implementation.
Education
Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent on-the-job training in HR systems administration or IT support.
