Burberry seeks a Senior Analyst, HR Systems in Leeds, UK to maintain and optimize SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro WFM systems.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and maintenance of stable and effective HR applications, serving as a primary point of contact for system-related queries and incidents
  • Provide efficient end-user support and act as a functional expert, demonstrating best practice and guiding stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors on system maintenance, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution of issues
  • Analyze new business requirements and complete impact assessments to ensure proposed solutions are fit for purpose
  • Manage system release cycles and provide regular business updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Perform quality assurance checks on system configuration and conduct regular system monitoring to verify integrity and availability
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, standards, and data privacy regulations
  • Act as an ambassador for the HR Systems Team within HR and across the broader organization
  • Produce and maintain system documentation including configuration workbooks and training materials
  • Identify gaps in assigned business processes and propose continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support project delivery for HR application changes and implementation of new technologies

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar HR/IT systems role
  • Proven experience working within a highly complex, global organization and/or HR Shared Services environment
  • Technical proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or UKG Pro WFM
  • Experience in actively participating in continuous improvement projects from ideation to implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrable commitment to data integrity and understanding of system controls and compliance

Experience

2+ years in an HR/IT systems role, ideally within a complex or global organization, and/or HR Shared Services environment. Demonstrated experience in managing HR system implementations, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education

Relevant technical qualifications, certifications in HR systems or IT, or equivalent on-the-job experience demonstrating technical proficiency.
