Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active client acquisition and relationship development across Seoul and Gyeonggi territories.
- Deliver high-touch clienteling: build long-term relationships, maintain client records, manage follow-ups and coordinate private appointments.
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalised styling advice consistent with maison positioning and brand heritage.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions, handle returns/exchanges and maintain accurate sales and client documentation.

Qualifications

Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of hands-on retail sales experience in luxury or premium fashion; demonstrable achievement against sales targets and experience in client relationship management.
Education
