Role & Responsibilities
- Exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and Burberry Experience delivery
- Actively cultivate new customers and foster loyalty through the Client Book programme, including targeted email outreach and in-store invitations
- Maintain and refresh visual standards in accordance with monthly floorset directives, including proper folding, hanging, restocking, and price ticket placement
- Ensure optimal floor presence and maintain the fitting room to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
- Support back-of-house operations including markdown processing, annual inventory management, and warehouse organization
- Comply with Burberry brand guidelines and company code of conduct in all interactions
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and store system operations efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of luxury retail or related industry sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or university degree preferred
- Fashion degree or prior luxury brand sales and service experience strongly preferred
- Fluent in Chinese and English; Korean proficiency required
- Comprehensive understanding of POS systems and store technology platforms
- Demonstrated passion for fashion, design, and luxury goods
- Professional, customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Positive attitude with clear responsibility for sales targets and customer satisfaction
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of luxury retail or related industry experience required. Prior experience in luxury brand sales, upscale retail, or prestige fashion is strongly preferred. Experience with client development programmes and consultative selling techniques is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or university degree preferred. Fashion-related qualifications or certifications in luxury retail are advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Yeoju, Gyeonggi, South Korea, with easy access to Seoul.
