Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Burberry Experience on every customer interaction, meeting the brand’s luxury service standards and training guidelines.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets, contributing to UPT, ATV and client development metrics.
- Proactively identify, engage and develop new customers into loyal clients through clienteling and follow-up communications.
- Maintain and update the Client Book to drive repeat visitation and sales conversion.
- Execute visual merchandising and monthly floorsets according to Burberry guidelines; ensure garments are correctly hung, folded and tagged.
- Manage daily floor presence: prepare the store at opening, ensure replenishment and store readiness at close, and maintain tidy, presentable fitting rooms.
- Provide back-of-house support including markdown processes, stockroom organisation, inventory counts and assistance during sales events.
- Adhere to capture compliance and Burberry’s code of conduct in all customer and operational activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in luxury retail or a related industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education or fashion-related degree preferred.
- Demonstrable experience with POS systems and basic store technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; positive, responsible and results-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment and to follow visual and operational standards.
- Language skills in Chinese and/or English are advantageous.

Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in luxury retail or a related customer-facing role, with proven sales performance and familiarity with store operations.
Education
High school diploma or above; post-secondary education or degree in fashion preferred.
