Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve individual and store sales targets while delivering the Burberry Experience and adhering to brand behaviours.
- Actively develop and maintain client relationships; build and manage an up-to-date client book and execute cultivate activities (courtesy/follow-up emails, invitations, reactivation, capture compliance).
- Provide exemplary customer service, demonstrate persuasive selling skills, and convert interactions into sales and loyalty.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to Burberry standards; execute monthly floor sets and ensure merchandise is folded, ticketed, replenished and correctly hung.
- Maintain continuous floor presence: arrive ready for service, keep selling floor active and replenished, and ensure fitting rooms are clean and orderly.
- Support back-of-house operations including markdowns, bi-annual inventory, stockroom maintenance, pre-sale achievement, and participation in store contests and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving client development.
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
- Strong clienteling skills and commitment to high customer service standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Genuine interest in fashion and design and flexibility to adapt to operational changes.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion environment, with demonstrable success in meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion-related coursework preferred.
