Role & Responsibilities
- Embrace and deliver the Burberry Experience in all customer interactions, adhering to luxury brand standards and training guidelines
- Consistently achieve individual sales goals while exhibiting Burberry Behaviours and maintaining a results-driven mindset
- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate superior selling skills with strong interpersonal communication
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date client book, executing all Cultivate requirements including courtesy correspondence, customer reactivation, and capture compliance
- Execute monthly floorsets and maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines, including merchandise placement, folding, and ticketing
- Maintain selling floor presence throughout shifts, ensuring inventory replenishment, merchandise organization, and fitting room cleanliness
- Assist with mark-down processes, bi-annual inventory counts, and stock room organization
- Participate in store contests and pre-sale initiatives to drive seasonal performance targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and retail store systems
- Proven track record in driving sales and consistently meeting sales targets
- Strong clienteling background with demonstrated customer relationship management
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
- Relevant interest in fashion and design industry
