Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and execute consultative selling techniques to achieve individual and store sales goals while maintaining Burberry brand standards
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date client book, executing all Cultivate program requirements including courtesy communications, customer reactivation, and capture compliance
- Execute monthly floorsets and maintain visual standards through consistent merchandise placement, replenishment, proper hanging, and tissue presentation according to Burberry guidelines
- Ensure selling floor readiness at shift commencement and transition, maintaining active presence throughout the day and managing fitting room cleanliness
- Support inventory management including bi-annual physical inventory, mark-down processes, and stock room organization with meticulous attention to accuracy
- Participate in store contests, pre-sale initiatives, and other collaborative activities that reinforce team objectives and drive business results
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Advanced proficiency with POS systems and retail management software
- Strong clienteling background with demonstrated ability to build and nurture customer relationships
- Relevant interest in fashion and design with knowledge of contemporary luxury apparel trends
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of professional sales experience in a customer-facing retail capacity is required, with preference given to candidates who have worked within a luxury retail environment. Demonstrated proficiency in driving sales performance, meeting sales targets consistently, and building lasting client relationships is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.50 to USD 20.50 per hour.
