Role & Responsibilities

  • Embrace the Burberry Experience and maintain luxury brand standards in all customer interactions
  • Consistently meet individual sales goals and store targets while exhibiting Burberry Behaviours
  • Provide excellent customer service, demonstrate superior selling skills, and maintain motivation to succeed
  • Develop and maintain detailed client books to build customer loyalty through active relationship management
  • Execute all Cultivate requirements including courtesy communications, customer reactivation, and capture compliance
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards according to Burberry guidelines, including monthly floorsets and merchandise presentation
  • Ensure the selling floor is ready at the beginning of each shift and properly replenished at day's end
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms and stockroom areas
  • Assist in mark-down processes, bi-annual inventory, pre-sale activities, and stock room maintenance
  • Participate in store contests and achieve designated pre-sale goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales and consistently meeting sales targets
  • Strong clienteling background and experience with client relationship management
  • Advanced knowledge of POS systems and store operations
  • Excellent customer service level and demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19 to USD 19.50 per hour.
