Role & Responsibilities

- Execute all Cultivate programme requirements including courtesy communications, customer reactivation, and compliance capture
- Maintain visual standards by executing monthly floorsets and ensuring merchandise presentation meets Burberry guidelines
- Ensure the selling floor is consistently replenished, organized, and ready for customers throughout the day
- Prepare and close the selling floor daily, ensuring readiness for subsequent shifts
- Assist in markdown processes, bi-annual inventory counts, and pre-sale activities
- Participate in store contests and inventory management; maintain organized stockroom
- Achieve financial targets including individual and store sales goals, units per transaction, average transaction value, and client development metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proven track record of driving sales and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Advanced knowledge of point-of-sale systems and retail store systems
- Strong clienteling background and demonstrated ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Excellent customer service capabilities and interpersonal communication skills
- Genuine interest in fashion and design
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in collaborative environment
