Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an inspirational, personalised shopping experience that maximises every sale across in-store and Burberry.com channels.
- Achieve individual sales KPIs including sales, customer capture, UPT, AUR, repeat business and client development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through active listening, tailored product advice and proactive follow-up.
- Develop the sale by recommending complementary items (link selling) and overcoming objections using deep product knowledge.
- Represent the brand consistently: adhere to grooming and presentation standards and embody Burberry behaviours and values (Protect, Explore, Inspire).
- Ensure consistent service delivery by following company service policies and communicating available services to customers.
- Cascade company communications and support the team in the absence of Floor/Department Manager when required.
- Participate actively in training sessions to maintain up-to-date product, service and selling knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retail sales targets, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong product knowledge of garments, fits, fabrics and styling; able to translate technical details into customer benefits.
- Comfortable using digital tools to support sales and clienteling.
- Professional presentation and adherence to brand grooming standards.
Skills
Experience
Proven retail sales experience with a demonstrable record of achieving sales KPIs; experience in luxury or premium apparel retail is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent); retail, fashion or sales training preferred.
