Burberry seeks a Sales Associate in Sunrise, Florida, to deliver the Burberry Experience, achieve sales goals, develop client relationships and uphold visual and operational standards. The role also supports floor maintenance, markdowns, inventory and stockroom organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and strive to exceed individual and store sales goals while supporting retail-led growth, leveraging the franchise, maintaining operational excellence and developing all department categories.
- Deliver the Burberry Experience in customer interactions and develop new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Follow training guidelines and standards to uphold Burberry’s luxury brand standards and image.
- Meet individual sales goals while demonstrating Burberry Behaviours; provide excellent customer service and selling skills, motivation to succeed, and strong interpersonal and communication ability.
- Build customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through; maintain an up-to-date, detailed client book.
- Complete Cultivate activities, including courtesy and relationship emails, inviting customers to return, reactivation and capture compliance.
- Follow company policies and procedures and use visual techniques to maintain standards in accordance with Burberry guidelines.
- Maintain the selling floor: understand and execute monthly floorsets; put back or hang items while working; replenish merchandise after selling; fold and place merchandise on the correct hanger with tissue paper; and keep tickets inside items and out of customers’ view.
- Arrive on the selling floor ready at the start of each shift and ensure it is customer-ready; replenish and prepare the floor for the following day at shift end.
- Remain active on the floor throughout the day, put back or hang items while working, replenish merchandise after selling, and clean and maintain fitting rooms.
- Assist with markdowns and the twice-yearly inventory process; participate in and achieve presale goals and take part in store contests.
- Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure pulled stock is put away in an orderly manner.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively with management and staff.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and take responsibility for one’s actions.
- Results-driven and flexible in response to change.
- Relevant interest in fashion or design.
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proven experience driving sales and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent customer service.
- Strong clienteling background.
