Role & Responsibilities
- Execute the Burberry Experience and maintain luxury brand standards during all customer interactions
- Meet individual and store sales goals while demonstrating the Burberry Behaviours and maintaining motivation to succeed
- Build and maintain an up-to-date client book, executing active client development and follow-through activities including courtesy communications and customer reactivation
- Maintain visual standards by executing monthly floorsets, properly merchandising items, replenishing stock after sales, and ensuring all price tickets are discretely placed
- Ensure the selling floor is ready at the beginning of each shift and properly replenished and maintained at the end of the day
- Participate in markdown processes, bi-annual inventory cycles, pre-sale activities, and stock room organization and maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms and ensure all pulled stock is put away in orderly fashion
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proven track record of driving sales and consistently meeting sales targets
- Strong clienteling background with demonstrated ability to build customer loyalty
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and store management systems
- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated ability to exceed expectations
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Skills
Experience
A minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment, with proven success in driving sales and meeting targets. Strong clienteling background demonstrating ability to build lasting customer relationships and manage client development activities.
