Burberry is hiring a Sales Associate in Sunrise, FL (The Colonnade Outlets): drive luxury sales, client development and visual standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Burberry Experience in every client interaction to uphold luxury brand standards and drive customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and strive to exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and consultative client engagement.
- Develop and maintain a detailed client book; execute clienteling activities including courtesy emails, invitations, reactivation and follow‑up.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to Burberry guidelines, including executing monthly floorsets and ensuring merchandise is folded, ticketed and displayed correctly.
- Ensure continuous floor presence: replenish stock, manage fitting rooms, hang back items as you work and keep the selling floor customer‑ready.
- Support back‑of‑house operations: assist with markdowns, bi‑annual inventory, stockroom organisation and pre‑sale objectives.
- Participate in store initiatives, contests and team objectives while adhering to company policies and capture/compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of direct sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to client development metrics (UPT, ATV).
- Strong clienteling background and experience maintaining a client book.
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team‑oriented attitude.
- Interest in fashion and design, with a results‑driven and flexible approach to shifting priorities.
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of direct sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail, with demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail or a related discipline preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Sunrise, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
