Burberry seeks a Sales Associate in Sunrise, FL (The Colonnade Outlets) to deliver luxury client service and exceed outlet sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Burberry Experience on the selling floor, consistently meeting individual sales targets and exhibiting Burberry’s customer behaviours.
  • Actively develop and maintain client relationships through clienteling, courtesy communications and an up-to-date client book to drive repeat business and reactivation.
  • Execute visual merchandising and monthly floor sets in accordance with Burberry guidelines; ensure garments are folded, hung and ticketed correctly.
  • Maintain strong floor presence: arrive ready for selling, keep the selling floor replenished, support fitting-room standards and ensure store readiness at shift end.
  • Support back-of-house operations including stockroom organisation, stock pulls and put-away, participation in bi-annual inventory and markdown processes.
  • Participate in pre-sale goals, store contests and other commercial initiatives to maximise outlet performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of direct sales experience; experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with demonstrable client development achievements.
  • Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Interest in fashion and design and an aptitude for visual presentation and merchandising.

Experience

Minimum one year of face-to-face sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer loyalty.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational coursework or training in retail, fashion or related fields preferred.
