Role & Responsibilities

  • Exceed individual and store sales goals while maintaining high standards of Burberry brand representation
  • Actively prospect and convert new customers into loyal clients using the Client Book and engagement strategies
  • Execute Burberry's visual merchandising guidelines, including monthly floorset implementation, product folding and hanging standards, and pricing compliance
  • Maintain a disciplined floor presence throughout operating hours, ensuring merchandise replenishment and fitting room cleanliness
  • Deliver consultative service leveraging interpersonal and communication skills to enhance customer experience
  • Support back-of-house operations including markdown processes, annual inventory management, sales events, and warehouse organization
  • Drive client development initiatives and capture compliance metrics to achieve organizational objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of professional experience in luxury retail or related hospitality sector
  • Proficiency with POS systems and retail management technology
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary fashion and design trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Korean and English
  • Secondary school diploma or higher (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Fashion-related degree or prior luxury goods sales experience advantageous
