Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store-level sales targets while driving metrics including units per transaction (UPT) and average transaction value (ATV)
- Cultivate new customer relationships and nurture existing client loyalty through strategic client book management and targeted outreach via Cultivate program
- Embody and deliver the Burberry Experience consistently during all customer interactions, upholding the luxury brand standard and training guidelines
- Execute visual merchandising standards including monthly floorset implementation, proper product placement, folding, and hanging techniques in compliance with Burberry guidelines
- Maintain an active floor presence, ensuring the retail environment is guest-ready at opening and fully stocked and merchandised at close
- Support back-of-house operations including markdown processes, annual inventory management, promotional events, and stockroom organization
- Maintain fitting room cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout operating hours
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of professional experience in luxury retail, fashion, or related premium sectors
- Proven track record of consistent sales performance and customer service excellence
- Fluency in Chinese and English strongly preferred; Korean proficiency essential
- Understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Fashion-related academic credentials or prior luxury brand sales experience highly advantageous
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of professional experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, or related premium industry sectors. Prior experience in luxury brand sales, customer service, or fashion-related roles is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree or vocational qualification preferred. Fashion-related degree or certification is advantageous.
