Burberry is hiring a Sales Associate in Seoul, South Korea to drive store sales through the Burberry Experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embrace the Burberry Experience and adhere to company training guidelines to reflect the luxury brand standard and image
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets based on Burberry codes of conduct
- Deliver exceptional customer service utilizing strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Actively identify and cultivate new customers, converting them into loyal patrons
- Execute all Cultivate program requirements, including client outreach via email to encourage store visits
- Maintain an up-to-date Client Book to inform sales activities
- Implement visual merchandising techniques in compliance with Burberry guidelines and monthly floorset requirements
- Ensure products are properly displayed, folded, and hung according to brand standards
- Maintain pricing labels inside garments to prevent direct customer visibility
- Maintain active floor presence throughout the day and ensure the store is customer-ready at opening and closing
- Keep fitting rooms consistently clean and organized
- Support back-of-house operations including markdown processes, annual inventory management, sales events, and stockroom organization
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in luxury retail or related industry
- High school diploma or higher (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
- Fashion degree or luxury sales and service background highly preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English strongly encouraged
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail management software
- Passion for fashion and design
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to change while maintaining a results-oriented approach
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of experience in luxury retail or a related industry; prior experience in premium sales or high-end service delivery is preferred. Candidates with fashion retail background will be prioritized.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Fashion-related degree holders are encouraged to apply.
