Burberry is hiring a Sales Associate in Seoul, South Korea — client-facing role focused on sales, client development and visual standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and adherence to Burberry sales standards.
- Deliver the Burberry Experience at every client interaction by following company training guidelines and the brand’s behavioural code.
- Actively cultivate new clients and convert prospects into loyal customers through personalised outreach and follow-up (email invitations, client book management).
- Maintain and update the Client Book to support repeat visits and measurable client development.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and monthly floorsets: present and replenish product, fold or hang garments correctly, and ensure pricing is discreetly placed.
- Maintain exemplary floor presence and store readiness: perform start/end-of-day checks, keep fitting rooms immaculate and ensure stock is sales-ready.
- Provide back-of-house support including markdown processes, annual stocktakes, sale event preparation and stockroom organisation.
- Communicate clearly and collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations and an exceptional client journey.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in luxury retail or a related customer-facing industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/undergraduate degree or fashion-related qualification preferred.
- Demonstrable knowledge of POS and store systems.
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive and results-driven attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Interest in fashion and design; previous experience in premium or luxury sales/service is advantageous.
- Chinese and English language skills preferred.

At least one year of professional experience in luxury retail or a closely related customer-facing role, with demonstrable track record in sales, client development and familiarity with POS/store systems.
Education
