Burberry is hiring a Client Advisor in Seoul. Deliver luxury client service, manage client relationships and drive boutique sales in the Seoul store.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects Burberry’s luxury positioning and drives loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively develop and manage a personal client portfolio through outbound contact, follow-ups and tailored clienteling activities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maximising conversion and average transaction value.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across categories (ready-to-wear, accessories, leather goods) and communicate brand heritage and product benefits clearly to clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely use of CRM and POS systems to record client interactions, sales, stock movements and appointments.
- Support visual merchandising and boutique standards, including merchandising resets, window styling and upkeep of the salesfloor.
- Process transactions, handle cash and payments securely, and assist with stock replenishment and inventory procedures.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and store leadership to execute promotional activity, events and in-store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven client-facing sales ability with a customer-first mindset; experience in luxury retail is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence high-net-worth clients.
- Commercially driven with demonstrable ability to meet sales KPIs and convert opportunities into sales.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining CRM and sales records.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays; legal right to work in South Korea.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of client-facing retail experience; prior experience in a luxury or premium fashion environment is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail management or a related discipline is desirable but not mandatory.
