Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Burberry Experience at every customer touchpoint, consistently meeting individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a detailed client book; proactively cultivate relationships through follow-up communications, invitations and reactivation activities.
- Provide exemplary customer service and high-calibre selling, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation according to Burberry guidelines, execute monthly floorsets and replenishment routines.
- Ensure continuous floor presence: begin shifts prepared, keep the selling floor replenished, and maintain fitting room standards.
- Support back-of-house operations including markdowns, inventory cycles, stock-room organisation and achieving pre-sale goals and store contests.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving client development.
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
- Strong clienteling skills and demonstrated ability to build customer loyalty.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, with preference for candidates who have sold in a luxury or premium fashion environment and can demonstrate consistent attainment of sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or customer service is advantageous.
