Role & Responsibilities
- Embrace and deliver the Burberry Experience through adherence to brand standards and luxury retail protocols during all customer interactions
- Consistently meet individual sales goals while exhibiting core Burberry Behaviours
- Build and maintain customer loyalty through proactive client development, detailed client book management, and follow-through activities including courtesy emails, reactivation campaigns, and compliance capture
- Execute visual merchandising standards including monthly floorsets, merchandise replenishment, proper hanger and tissue placement, and ticket positioning
- Maintain selling floor presence throughout shift with active engagement, ensuring readiness at opening and preparing the floor for the subsequent day
- Support back-of-house operations including markdown processes, bi-annual inventory participation, stockroom organization, and pre-sale goal achievement
- Ensure fitting room cleanliness and maintenance, and participate in in-store contests and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proven track record in driving sales and consistently meeting sales targets
- Advanced proficiency with POS systems and store management systems
- Strong clienteling background and demonstrated ability to develop lasting customer relationships
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication abilities
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of professional sales experience, preferably within a luxury retail setting. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships through active engagement and follow-up.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional fashion, design, or luxury retail training is valued.
