Role & Responsibilities
- Embrace and execute the Burberry Experience throughout all customer interactions while maintaining luxury brand standards and image
- Consistently achieve individual sales goals and store targets while exhibiting Burberry Behaviours and maintaining motivation to succeed
- Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate superior selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Build and maintain customer loyalty through active client development, follow-up, and detailed client book management
- Execute all Cultivate program requirements including courtesy communications, customer invitations, reactivation activities, and capture compliance
- Maintain selling floor visual standards by executing monthly floorsets, replenishing merchandise, and ensuring proper product presentation and ticketing
- Prepare and maintain selling floor readiness at shift start, ensuring floor is customer-ready and replenished at shift end
- Maintain active presence on the floor throughout the day, promptly hanging and restocking merchandise as work progresses
- Support back-of-house operations including markdown processes, bi-annual inventory execution, pre-sale activities, store contests, and stockroom organization
- Achieve measures of success including financial targets (UPT, ATV, client development), Burberry Experience evaluations, and capture compliance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Advanced knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and store operating systems
- Proven track record of driving sales and consistently meeting sales targets
- Strong clienteling background with demonstrated ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Excellent customer service delivery capabilities
- Demonstrated positive attitude and responsibility for own actions
- Willingness to work in and promote a team-oriented environment
- Relevant interest in fashion and design
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a retail setting, with preference for luxury retail environments. The candidate should demonstrate proven experience in driving sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, and building strong customer relationships through active clienteling practices.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service certifications are advantageous but not required.
