Burberry seeks a Part‑Time Sales Associate in Venice (Noventa Di Piave outlet) to drive sales, clienteling and maintain visual standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Burberry Experience on the selling floor, consistently meeting individual sales targets and exemplifying brand behaviours.
- Develop and maintain a detailed client book; execute clienteling activities including courtesy and relationship emails, invitations, reactivation and capture compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and persuasive selling through strong interpersonal communication and product knowledge.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards: execute monthly floor sets, replenish stock, fold and hanger merchandise correctly, and ensure ticketing is discreet.
- Manage daily floor presence: arrive prepared for service, keep the selling floor active and tidy, and ensure fitting rooms are clean and maintained.
- Support back‑of‑house operations: assist with markdowns, bi‑annual inventory, pre‑sale objectives, store contests and organised stockroom maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving client acquisition/retention.
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
- Strong clienteling experience and ability to maintain an up‑to‑date client book.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, positive attitude and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated interest in fashion or design and flexibility to adapt to change.

Experience
At least 1 year of frontline retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion environment, with demonstrable success in meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or visual merchandising is advantageous.
