Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and adherence to the Burberry Experience.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed client book; perform client outreach, reactivation and relationship-building activities to grow loyalty and repeat business.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating advanced selling techniques, product knowledge and superior interpersonal communication.
  • Execute and uphold visual merchandising standards and monthly floor sets; maintain selling floor presentation and fitting-room standards.
  • Support stockroom operations: replenish merchandise, manage markdowns, participate in bi-annual inventory and keep stock organised and compliant.
  • Participate in store initiatives, contests and pre-sale goals; accurately process transactions and capture customer data following company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail.
  • Proven record of meeting sales targets and driving client development.
  • Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, team orientation and a results-driven attitude.
