Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-touch client service to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Advise clients on product selection, styling and fit with deep knowledge of materials, construction and brand heritage.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain client records and follow-up activity using CRM / clienteling processes to grow loyalty and lifetime value.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, handle payments and perform end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards, merchandising replenishment and presentation of product on the shop floor.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, tagging, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Contribute to in-store events, private appointments and trunk shows, providing discreet, concierge-level service.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and strong working knowledge of English (spoken and written); additional languages an asset.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury or premium retail, or demonstrable experience in a client-facing sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service in a boutique environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with polished presentation and professional demeanour.
- Numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and transactional operations; reliable, discreet and trustworthy.
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays; legal right to work in France.

Preferably 1+ year of experience within luxury or premium retail; proven sales performance and experience with clienteling and personalised service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
