Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales goals while executing retail growth strategies and maintaining operational excellence across all departments
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences aligned with Burberry brand standards and the Burberry Experience
- Develop and maintain a detailed client book to drive customer loyalty, reactivation, and lifetime value through active follow-up and relationship management
- Maintain visual merchandising and floor standards in accordance with Burberry guidelines, including executing monthly floorsets, restocking merchandise, and ensuring proper placement and presentation
- Ensure selling floor readiness at shift start and completion, maintaining active presence throughout the day and promptly replenishing inventory following transactions
- Manage fitting room maintenance and cleanliness to uphold luxury retail standards
- Support back-of-house operations including markdown processes, bi-annual inventory counts, stock room organization, and pre-sale initiatives
- Demonstrate proficiency with point-of-sale and store systems while maintaining capture compliance and participation in store-wide contests and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury or fashion environment
- Strong demonstrated background in clienteling and customer relationship management
- Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets and driving commercial performance
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and retail store operations
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
